The Hilton Hotel at Dartford Bridge approached Langford & Chamberlayne for a competitive quote for the replacement of two old Hobart ovens. Langford & Chamberlayne were one of three firms asked to compete for the project by quoting for two new Rational 5 Senses 20 Grid Combi Ovens, and their installation.

Langford & Chamberlayne offered a very personal service and were found to be best value, and quickly arranged for a full Site Survey to take place by a Rational Recommended Engineer. It was quickly identified that the water supply would need to be extended and that a drain pump would be required for each Rational, in addition, new waste would need to be run from the two pumps to a copper drain. Delivery & Installation had to fit around a very busy kitchen, and was completed ahead of schedule. Chefs training on the new Rationals was arranged so that the on-site Chefs could use the new Combi’s to their full capacity.
