We were asked to upgrade the kitchen equipment to allow for the increase in pupil numbers due to the free school meals initiative.

We removed a double fryer, double stack oven and boiling pan. These were replaced with a new electric Rational Combi along with a brat pan and electric fan assisted oven. We replaced the old wiring and ran a new supply from the main distribution board.
