We were asked to strip out and replace some very old equipment in the kitchen which included a sterilising sink, a convection oven, a standard oven & hob along with a double fryer.
These were replaced by 2 Rational 10 grid Combination ovens on enclosed stands, a bratt pan, boiling pan & bespoke 10 1/1 gastronorm Bain Marie servery. In addition we supplied & installed a pass through dishwasher with associated tabling and pre rinse unit & bowl.
All the stainless steel fabrication was fully welded and made bespoke.
